Additionally even while it's this tour execution, the person who judged this tour organizer to have done an act contrary to good public order and customs during this tour execution has return. Further I won't repay you this tour price of the case 100 %, so please accept it.
Exemption particular Consideration enough for safety control will be paid.
(1) Leader's directions aren't heard.
(2) I'm playing.
(3) The movement besides the leader's directions is made intentional.

When breaking a thing and burdening a person with an injury intentionally, I'll require compensation for damages. About a cancellation fee. This tour has finished receiving 1 month before of on the nature and the tour execution which have to consider that a schedule in each facilities I go around by a tour is suppressed. Therefore I'll set a cancellation fee by convenience of participants as follows.
(1) A cancellation fee until 20 days before of the execution day is 0% of this tour price.
(2) A cancellation fee until 10 days before of the execution day is 30% of this tour price.
(3) A cancellation fee until 5 days before of the execution day is 50% of this tour price.
(4) A cancellation fee on an execution daily allowance day is 100% of this tour price.

※以後「新宿忍者ツアー」を「本ツアー」と記す。
本ツアーは、忍者が本当に使っていた技を皆様にお教えするという性質上、大変危険な武術的内容も含まれています。
したがって、指導者の指示をよく聞いて、周囲の方々に迷惑をかけないよう努める方でなくては、参加することが出来ません。
また、本ツアーのコース内に、宗教的、あるいは文化的に神聖かつ貴重であるとされる場所も含まれるため、一般的マナーやモラルに欠落している方も、参加することが出来ません。
したがって、以下のような参加資格を設けさせていただきます。
参加資格
①修学経験を持つ7歳以上の心身共に健康な方。
但し、3歳以下の未修学児に関しては、ベビーカー等の安全な移動手段のある方なら、保護者同伴の上で、無料にて同行可。
②本ツアー執行日の１ヶ月前までに、本ツアーの代金の支払いを済ませた方。
③お酒や違法薬物等による泥酔状態でない方。
④暴力団その他、反社会的勢力に属していない方。
その他、本ツアー遂行中に、公序良俗に反する行為をしたと本ツアー主催者が判断した方は、本ツアー遂行の途中でも、お帰りいただくこともございます。
なお、その際の本ツアー代金は、100％返金いたしませんので、ご了承ください。
免責事項
安全管理には、充分な配慮を払うつもりですが、
①指導者の指示を聞いていない。
②ふざけている。
③故意に指導者の指示以外の動きをする。
④移動中に、勝手な買い食い等で、本ツアーの集団からはぐれる。（本ツアー責任者の指示を仰いだ上での買い食い等は可。）
等の行為による
怪我や事故、盗難、紛失は、本ツアー側の重大な過失がない限り一切責任は持ちません。
事故防止の為、指導者や、ツアーナビゲーターの指示に従ってください。
故意に物を壊したり人にけがを負わせた場合は損害賠償請求いたします。
●キャンセル料について
本ツアーは、ツアーで回る各施設のスケジュールを押さえることを考慮しなければならない性質上、ツアー遂行の１ヶ月前には、受付を終了させていただいております。
そのため、ご参加者様のご都合によるキャンセル料を以下のように定めさせていただきます。
①遂行日の20日前までのキャンセル料は、本ツアー代金の0％
②遂行日の10日前までのキャンセル料は、本ツアー代金の30％
③遂行日の5日前までのキャンセル料は、本ツアー代金の50％
④遂行日当日のキャンセル料は、本ツアー代金の100％
をお支払いいただきます。
